Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of FOL/BE equipment and systems according to plan.
- Repair (internal or external depending on type of defect)
- Machine test and acceptance after repair
- Organization and documentation of spare parts
- Formal documentation of work instructions, monitoring procedures, commission documents in quality system, including change control.
- Daily review of control charts
- Report issues to engineering level
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge of Production flow and routines
- Change machine settings for different products variants
- Weekly or daily reporting on machine issues, status of repair, uptime, SPC status.
Education & Experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology, or any Engineering Course (Diploma, Bachelors)
- 2-3 years manufacturing technician experience. With experience on process and equipment engineering support.
Skills
- Experience technician/engineering support in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience with process engineering and equipment repair/maintenance
- Hands-on attitude, initiative and resourcefulness, a must
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective team player and possess coordinating skills
