Job Description

The Innovations Product Development Manager is responsible for leading the ideation, development, and implementation of new solutions, products, or processes that address market gaps or organizational needs. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that ideas are not only feasible and impactful but also align with the company’s strategic goals. The manager will drive innovation by translating market insights and strategic objectives into actionable development plans, coordinating with various teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to fruition.

  • Innovative Product Concepts: Development of detailed and viable product or solution concepts that address identified market gaps or organizational needs. This includes creating prototypes or proof-of-concept models to validate ideas.

  • Strategic Roadmaps: Creation of comprehensive development roadmaps outlining the key milestones, timelines, resources, and dependencies needed to bring new products or solutions from ideation to market.

  • Feasibility Studies and Business Cases: Conducting thorough feasibility analyses and crafting compelling business cases that demonstrate the potential value and impact of new innovations, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successful coordination with internal teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure that the development process is smooth and that all aspects of the product or solution are aligned with strategic goals and market needs.

  • At least 5 years of product development and management experience

  • Good mix of startup and corporate experience

  • Telco experience is not required but a bonus
