Responsibilities
Your work will include collaborating with the technical teams and other stakeholders.
Define business requirements and use cases based on customer input, research and product strategy
Clear definition and prioritization of high-level business requirements, as well as detailed user stories
Work with the development team, through agile methodologies, to deliver quality software and resolve customer defects in a timely manner
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team’s feature backlog, designs and implementation is aligned with Infrastructure roadmaps and strategy
Collaborate with the team’s leadership to create roadmaps
Ensure feature releases are planned, documented, and shared as appropriate
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Conduct market and competitive research as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any IT-related courses with an understanding of Business or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an understanding of technology.
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product/Business Analyst, or Product Owner
2+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment
Previous experience interacting with customers, requirements gathering and analysis
Good communication and presentation skills
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
