Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful completion of assigned projects and ensuring impeccable service delivery to our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Own, manage, and lead assigned projects to successful completion.
- Collaborate with clients for project implementation and completion.
- Ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
- Conduct project monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
- Manage subcontractors and oversee on-site project activities as needed.
- Resolve issues, mitigate risks, and escalate as necessary.
- Develop project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable service delivery instructions.
- Create and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management or Service Delivery Management within IT.
- Proficiency in PMI Project Management methodologies, MS Project, and ITIL preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead project teams and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; organized and analytical mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
Working Conditions:
- Project Management &/or Service Delivery Management works – Trafalgar Plaza office, remote, and/or project site – as may be required.
- Shall be flexible to the working time and location of the client/s or project/s – as may be required or deemed necessary.
