- TAC calls - call Aruba Support to report an issue
- Reaching out to vendors for X information and maybe even moving vendor over to new network
- Gather vendor network requirements, move over to new network and test/troubleshoot as needed
- PDCs - building out Meraki Dashboard Config to be compatible for Hilton Standards
- Wireless/Wired CRs - Setup Wireless or Wired Connected Room for Hilton's TV solutions
- IPWs - documentation
- Conference tool screenshots - documentation
- Snap imports or port forwards - device information and management
- RF review - heatmaps review and relay any information to engineer
- RMAs - reach out to support for the vendor to replace a defective device
