The Project Manager is the intermediary in Delivery Team which acts as the conduit between PH Delivery team (consists of Recruitment, Training, Deployment, Monitoring & Support teams under Groworx Training Services Inc.) and overseas client (AU, UK, US/CAN)
This individual contributor ensures that each delivery faction performs within or above stakeholder expectations in terms of quantity, quality, efficiency and compliance.
Primarily responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within budget and timeline. This role involves leading the Delivery team, managing resources, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Delivery Assurance: Manage the end-to-end (recruitment, training, deployment, monitoring & support and customer success) program and meet all client regulatory and relationship requirements
- Client Relationship Management: Build relationships of influence with clients across all levels to deliver a first-class experience and outcomes for all stakeholders
- Coordinate with Groworx Delivery Team, client and other external vendors to ensure the project is progressing based on established milestones and deliverables
- Work with the Groworx Academy leaders to ensure the students and staff compliance with all client procedures in compliance with the Third-Party Agreement
- Provide local leadership to the team on all matters across the three streams (recruitment, training, deployment)
- Represent the students on all client governance forums and meet the performance monitoring requirements agreed to as part of the Third Party Agreement.
- An individual contributor/lead under the leadership of Head of Delivery
- Establish, monitor, and report SLAs across all functions of the program
- Liaise with Legal and government agencies in the Philippines compliance matters
Requirements
- Must be a degree holder, preferably Industrial Engineering, Economics, Medical or any Business related course
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience; at least 3 years of which in a supervisory capacity
- Must have experience as a program manager (or a combination of operations management and account/client services management
- Demonstrated a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with all stakeholders
- Committed to the philosophy of continuous improvement
- Competent knowledge of the principles of performance management, client relationship management, workplace health and safety, legal and ethical practice
- Demonstrated experience in the use of software/programs relevant to program management
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill to comply with organizational policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
