DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead technical proposals process addressing choices for the scope, budget, implementation and operations models to determine solution choices in BDA context.
• Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to drive efficiency and process improvements.
• Monitor project performance, generate reports, and present updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles to ensure the development team can work efficiently.
• Promote Agile principles and best practices throughout the team.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and the business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, related field or relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in technology project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of software development, databases, system integrations, and business processes.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP/CRM systems like Oracle and Salesforce.
