In this role, you’ll work closely with attorneys, marketing specialists, and administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard. You’ll also provide solutions to challenges, facilitate communication between departments, and manage ongoing project timelines. From monitoring progress in ClickUp to delivering weekly reports to senior management, you will be essential to keeping projects on track.

• Manage and monitor tasks in ClickUp to ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are on time
  
• Follow up with attorneys, legal ops, and marketing team members to track progress and uphold accountability
  
• Address any delays, excuses, or bottlenecks with proactive solutions to keep projects moving
  
• Facilitate communication and task handoff between the marketing and legal ops teams
  
• Provide senior management with weekly progress updates and detailed reports
  

Requirements

Qualifications that Bring Order to Law and Marketing

• Proven experience in project management within a professional services firm (legal or marketing firm preferred)
  
• Expertise in ClickUp or similar project management software highly preferred
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with team members at all levels and drive projects to completion
  
• Problem-solving mindset and a "get-it-done" attitude when facing project hurdles
  
• Experience managing teams and ensuring accountability in deadline-driven environments
  

Preferred: Experience in a legal setting or with legal professionals, and familiarity with legal marketing and operations processes
