About the Role:


The Property Manager for Admin and Logistics shall oversee and directs the organization, preparation, monitoring, and implementation of the following: Monitoring & Compliance Section, HOA Affairs and Management Section, and Logistic Section. Ensure that all documentation, necessary reports, compliances, certification/permits, and requirements are complete and delivered before their due date. Administer the standardization of all property management processes and procedures including verification of the integrity of reports from the different project sites. Ensure that all the necessary documentation and needed support for the delivery of the department goals and objectives are provided and carried out by the assigned personnel. Ensure proper coordination with both head office departments and project sites.


What you'll do:


  • Ensure that all property documentation, necessary reports, compliances, and certifications/ permits are updated, reviewed, and well-kept
  • Ensure that the formation of the Homeowners Association and its turnover in coordination with the Village Administration Team are accomplished as scheduled
  • Established and verified that all procedures and guidelines are followed in all the project sites
  • Review all the documents and if required coordinated Legal Team for checking.
  • Monitor all records for HOA records and collection are updated and ready for its turnover.
  • Oversee the organization of the HOA registration and turnover.
  • Monitor the project's unit turnover and buyers' move-in including all basic services are delivered on schedule primarily the electrical power energization, and water supply system including internet connection.
  • Monitor project site deliverables from SLA, collection, and reportorial submissions including security, streetlights, garbage collection, and housekeeping.
  • Oversee the implementation of the sections calendar of deliverables and other related activities such as tree planting, HOA election, annual firefighting exercise, etc.
  • Monitors HOA collection including the Property Profit and Loss (income versus expenses)

What we're looking for:


  • Must be a college graduate in Business, or Engineering and other related equivalent related courses.
  • With more than ten (10) years of managerial working experience in Property Management handling large residential/ commercial/ industrial properties.
  • With background and experience in the real estate industry
  • Expertise in preparing management reports and continual improvement recommendations.
  • Result-oriented, honest, and a team worker with leadership qualities.
  • Should be knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
  • With fieldwork schedules aligned to the calendar of activities and meetings
