As a Recruitment and Admin Specialist, you will proactively source, select, and hire high-quality Care Professionals through effective pipeline management. You will deliver an exceptional end-to-end recruitment experience, ensuring responsiveness, engagement, and adherence to quality and compliance standards, all while exceeding expectations and contributing to the growth of meaningful care services.

Your Daily Tasks
Recruitment Strategy and Engagement:
- Managing the end-to-end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging process aligned with quality and growth targets.
- Developing and maintaining strategies for recruiting on social media and job boards by generating innovative and timely content and campaigns.
- Leveraging market and competitor knowledge to identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for the company.
- Achieving targeted recruitment figures.
Recruitment Administration:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment information using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Managing all aspects of recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and franchise standards.
- Processing candidates efficiently through the ATS, ensuring data accuracy.
- Handling pre-employment checks and collating pre-employment documentation.
Candidate Management:
- Maintaining effective communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Supporting candidate selection activities, including scheduling interviews.
- Assisting in candidate selection processes where appropriate.
Compliance and Legislation:
- Managing recruitment activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulators, and franchise standards.
- Ensuring adherence to equality, diversity, and equal opportunities policies in employment and service delivery.
Data and Analytics Utilization:
- Using recruitment data to make informed decisions about hiring approaches.
Employee Referral Scheme Management:
- Implementing and maintaining an Employee Referral Scheme tailored to Care Professionals.
- Supporting the management of the Employee Referral Scheme.
Optimization and Best Practices:
- Optimizing available recruitment tools and staying up-to-date with best practices in recruitment.
- Performing additional duties necessary for the successful operation of the business.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 3 years of proven experience delivering a responsive, end-to-end recruitment service.
- Experience in recruitment marketing, including preparing and managing recruitment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of legislation related to recruitment, such as Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing, and Right to Work checks.
- Proficiency in social media and digital communication tools for recruitment purposes.
- Confidence and self-motivation with the ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships.
- Experience with diverse attraction methods to source high-quality candidates.
- Knowledge of candidate screening and selection processes.
- Experience using recruitment data for informed decision-making.
- Flexibility to work outside standard 9-5 hours when needed to meet business demands.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and experience using ATS and virtual communication platforms.
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
