Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, professional networks, and other online resources.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.ο»Ώ
- Review resumes and profiles to determine fit for open roles.
- Conduct initial screening to gauge candidate suitability based on role requirements.ο»Ώ
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).ο»Ώ
- Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on sourcing progress, challenges, and insights.ο»Ώ
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus meetings;
- Come up with marketing strategies to source and attract candidates;
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, x-ray search, and social media recruiting.
- Highly organized, resourceful and flexible
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Ability to learn quickly, and follow processes and procedures
- Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Willing to travel to areas outside of Metro Manila to participate in recruitment activities
