Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests in areas such as Clinical Microscopy, Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Serology.
• Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Verify and validate test results before releasing them to physicians, maintaining accuracy and reliability.
• Rotate across various laboratory departments and assist in procedures or consultations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain and manage laboratory records, reports, reagent usage logs, and equipment maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory licensing and accreditation standards (e.g., DOH).
• Uphold patient data confidentiality and perform administrative tasks as required.
