We’ve got some of the most exciting and innovative investment products and are looking to expand our team to keep up with the demand. If you love managing relationships, are an excellent communicator with strong administrative skills and possess a great level of attention to detail, this could be the ideal job for you. You will be managing and optimising BF products and our client base for our new retirement product. We are looking for candidates who are passionate and have a keen interest and appreciation for the FinTech Investment sector, specifically Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies.




As an Account Manager, you will create long-term and trusting relationships with our high net worth individual (HNWI) Clients and Investors. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, develop new business from our existing account portfolios, actively seek and match-make new product opportunities that are suitable for our Clients and Investors.




Your responsibilities shall include developing strong relationships with our Clients and Investors, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. As an account manager, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including BF Support services and Technical Product Development departments) to improve the entire Client and Investor experience.




You will enjoy working in a very quick paced working environment where requests and enquiries will be coming in fast. You will be working with a team that has been involved in the Bitcoin space from the very beginning. You will have impeccable listening skills, great attention to detail and will fully understand the Company you represent and the products we sell.

Duties:





  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all Client and Investor account management related matters;

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Client and Investor relationships;

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits;

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive partners;

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Client and Investor needs and objectives;

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management, directors and stakeholders;

  • Develop new business with existing Clients and Investors and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);

  • Prepare reports on account status;

  • Collaborate with product development and management team to identify and grow opportunities within territory;

  • Assist with challenging Client and Investor requests or issue escalations as needed.




Requirements:





  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or other relevant role;

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level;

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM, Salesforce etc.);

  • Must be technically savvy;

  • Experience of delivering Client/Investor-focused solutions to meet their needs;

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.


 




What you need - Working Conditions and Other Requirements:





  • Access to a decent, strong Wi-Fi network connectivity within your home workspace, with proficient speed to enable you to work efficiently;

  • Ideally own an Apple device (preferred for security reason) such as MacBook Pro or Mac Desktop;

  • Access to a private room/space where you can work without presence of family, friends, relatives or any other visitors;

  • Own a smartphone, to enable downloads and use of certain system and communication applications, such as, but not limited to - Telegram, Slack, Signal, Zoom etc.
