Manage content and products on Digital Channels (Globe Online and/or GlobeOne)
Develop detailed rollout plans, including timelines, resource needs, and risk assessments.
Conducts pre-launch tests to identify and resolve any issues before full deployment.
Tracks progress during the rollout, addressing any issues that arise, and adjusting plans as needed.
Maintains accurate records of the rollout process, including steps taken, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
Reviews the rolloutβs success, gathering feedback, and implementing lessons learned for future rollouts.
Working with cross-functional teams such as IT, operations, and marketing to ensure all aspects of the rollout are aligned.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience relevant to the role.
Experience in project management and QA methodology.
Proven experience in managing and leading project rollouts, especially for large-scale or complex projects.
Demonstrated history of successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall models.
