We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Assistant to support the sales team in achieving their goals and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in assisting with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, facilitating sales processes, and engaging in cold calling activities if needed. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory levels.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing reports to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and sales promotions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to support sales efforts.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and in person.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to support sales as needed.Β
