As a Sales Closer/Business Development Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting SaaS solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, expand market presence, and secure strategic partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and engage prospects through cold outreach and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with decision-makers, present solutions, and negotiate deals.
  • Sales Support: Qualify leads, assist in proposal creation, and advance deals through the sales funnel.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends and provide insights to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize outreach.
  • Partnerships: Develop alliances to create additional sales channels.
  • Client Onboarding: Support seamless transitions from sales to onboarding.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven business development and consultative sales track record.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
