We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to perform cold calling and appointment-setting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling:Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list.
  • Introduce Groworx Global's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Appointment Setting:Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
  • Confirm and follow up on appointments to ensure attendance.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all scheduled appointments.
  • Lead Management:Manage and update CRM with detailed notes from calls and appointment statuses.
  • Follow up with leads via email and phone to nurture relationships.
  • Performance Reporting:Provide daily and weekly reports on calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.




Requirements

Requirements

Experience: 
  • Strong negotiation skills and budget sense to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Experience working with international clients and understanding of cross-cultural business dynamics.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service capacity.
  • Experience with cold calling and appointment setting is highly desirable.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Education:
  • At least a college degree, marketing and communication background or nurse is a plus!


Working Conditions
  • Remote work with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Availability to work full-time, with occasional requirements for extended hours based on client needs.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Must be able to attend 2 in person meetings per month or as needed.
