Job Description:


As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic development and management of client relationships. You will work closely with international clients, focusing on sales, budgeting, and price negotiation. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work effectively across different time zones.

Job Responsibilities:



  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base in assigned locations (Australia, UK, USA, Canada).

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

  4. Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

  6. Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.

  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

  8. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and forecast.

  9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).



Job Requirements:



  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Property Specialist, Insurance Agents, advertising account manager or alike.

  2. Strong negotiation skills and budget sense to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

  3. Experience working with international clients and understanding of cross-cultural business dynamics.

  4. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar Customer Relationship Manager software.

  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as part of a remote team.

  7. Reliable internet connection and own assets necessary for remote work.

  8. Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts to accommodate international clients’ needs.

  9. Has a proof or record that has reached the target from previous projects and or contracts.

  10. Preferably doing project-type assignment with the capability to issue Official Receipt under his/her name.

  11. Must have a conducive work environment / personal space of at least 3 sqm with little to no noise disruptions.

  12. Able to start immediately.
