Main Purpose of the Job:
The position is responsible for revenue generation, through new business or retention.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by identifying pure prospects trough prospection or tender monitoring, evaluating their position in the industry
- Establish contact, develop and maintain relationships with prospects by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Engage with Operations department members for the retention, extension or additional business out of existing projects.
- Handle ocular inspection of prospective projects, recommend solutions, and draft quotations and proposals in collaboration with Operations and Project Design departments.
- Prepares sales and marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Accountable for the negotiation process and outcome.
- Stay proactively informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Accountable for a) the respect of standard operating procedures, policies, guidelines and best practices, and b) the timely and accurate reporting of attendance and key performance indicators.
- Render such other services and duties that maybe assigned from time-to-time.
Desired Qualifications – Education / Experience / Skills Required
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management; work experience in the construction company and/or allied services is preferred.
Level of Knowledge
Preferably Architecture or Engineering college graduate.
