Sales Operations Analyst

I. PURPOSE

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales and solutions groups’ productivity and effectiveness.


II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Create and generate reports for different stakeholders based on their requirements and KPIs.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports for different stakeholders.
  • Develop, format, and communicate detailed sales reporting structure to the sales team and management.


III. QUALIFICATIONS


A.    Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

B.    Minimum Experience/Training

  • Proficient with Microsoft Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with any of the following types of platforms/ solutions:
    • CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
    • ERPs (e.g. SAP)
    • Collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g. O365)
    • Analytics platforms and tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).

C.    Competency

  • Possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen.
  • Works well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Flexible, creative, and has proven ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.
  • Proven ability to respond effectively to changing priorities, work environment, and industry standards.
