I. PURPOSE
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales and solutions groups’ productivity and effectiveness.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and generate reports for different stakeholders based on their requirements and KPIs.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for different stakeholders.
- Develop, format, and communicate detailed sales reporting structure to the sales team and management.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
- Proficient with Microsoft Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with any of the following types of platforms/ solutions:
- CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
- ERPs (e.g. SAP)
- Collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g. O365)
- Analytics platforms and tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).

- Possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen.
- Works well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
