I. PURPOSE
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to deliver strategic recommendations to sales operations, strategy, and initiatives.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze data changes and create presentation reports for different stakeholders.
- Perform sales data analysis and review metrics.
- Analyze and report customer performance and experience.
- Analyze market trends and create reports on how to better improve sales performance and strategy.
- Responsible for supervising Sales Operations Analysts and provides analysis and reports on the team’s performance and activities.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
- At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst
- Proficient with Microsoft Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- With prior experience using the following types of platforms/ solutions:
- CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
- ERPs (e.g. SAP)
- Collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g. O365)
- Analytics platforms and tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
C. Competency
- Possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen.
- Works well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Flexible, creative, and has proven ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.
- Proven ability to respond effectively to changing priorities, work environment, and industry standards.
