I. PURPOSE

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to deliver strategic recommendations to sales operations, strategy, and initiatives.


II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze data changes and create presentation reports for different stakeholders.
  • Perform sales data analysis and review metrics.
  • Analyze and report customer performance and experience.
  • Analyze market trends and create reports on how to better improve sales performance and strategy.
  • Responsible for supervising Sales Operations Analysts and provides analysis and reports on the team’s performance and activities.


III. QUALIFICATIONS


A.    Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.


B.    Minimum Experience/Training

  • At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Proficient with Microsoft Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • With prior experience using the following types of platforms/ solutions:
    • CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
    • ERPs (e.g. SAP)
    • Collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g. O365)
    • Analytics platforms and tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).


C.    Competency

  • Possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen.
  • Works well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Flexible, creative, and has proven ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.
  • Proven ability to respond effectively to changing priorities, work environment, and industry standards.
