DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiates and crafts the initial backlog with the SAM tribe leads
Define operating model (including interaction model) to deliver support for Non- Tier 1 account for the roles as part of the squads
Owns Non-Tier 1 NPS agenda and related initiatives for sustained improvements (i.e Closed Loop Program)
Responsible for on-time delivery of projects
Overall CXM SPOC for weekly Sales PACMAN
REQUIREMENTS:
Cisco Networking, ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
No required membership in a professional organization
5 years experience in Service Level Management, Operations Manager, Customer Experience Management or Relationship Management
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or 5-year Engineering course like Electronic and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineer
