Position Summary:
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify eligible customer for refinancing or purchasing home loan with PHH and Liberty Reverse Mortgage.

- Solicit Home Loan Options.
|
- Transfer the call to licensed loan officer in their State.
|
- Maintains effective ongoing communication with teammates and team leaders.
|
- Cooperates, shares, and supports the goals of the corporation.
|
- Set up a call back for the customer’s availability and be able to refer to the licensed loan officer in their State
|
Qualifications:
- Open to undergraduates with 6 months BPO experience
- Must be fluent in English and excellent communication skills
- 2-3 yrs. Mortgage experience
- Competitive, driven, and motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build rapport over the phone
- Good organizational skills
- Professionalism
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to build relationships (respect, trust, consensus)
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, understanding of network systems) preferred
- Ability to work overtime and render rest day overtime as required
- No documented disciplinary action in the past 6 months.
- Should have an Appraisal rating of ‘Fully Meets Expectations’ or above in the last completed performance cycle.
- Should have completed 9 months in the organization and 9 months in the current role
