ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff / Project Manager / Business Partner / Business Support Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the President and CEO of a leading real estate company and will provide high-level business support and strategic counsel. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate the needs of the President and CEO, manage their schedule efficiently, and make sound decisions on their behalf.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Counsel
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations on complex issues.
- Exercise independent judgment and able to decide on behalf of the President and CEO when authorized.
Project Management
- Oversee and coordinate high-priority projects and ensure timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive executive business support, including strategic calendar management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate the needs of the President and CEO and proactively address them.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, executives, and clients.
- Can represent the President and CEO at meetings and events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related programs
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong personality with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ethical character and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
