- Technical Management -
Perform vehicle diagnosis (e.g., electrical, air-conditioning, mechanical, and etc.).
Perform vehicle mechanical repairs (e.g., under chassis, suspension and drivetrain)
Perform vehicle maintenance (e.g., Oil change, rake cleaning, fluid replacement)
Ensure multi0brand maintenance interval is set according to manufacturer's standards. (e.g., German, American, Japanese and other European).
Continuous learning of existing technical and new technical specifications of vehicle in order to improve and expand skills and knowledge.
- Workshop Quality Management -
Responsible in ensuring quality control of own tasks and back-up as quality inspection.
Ensuring cleanliness and 5S of assigned bay.
Ensure efficiency of all the tasks given.
Always cooperate with the BCS Standards implemented by BCS-MF.
Regular maintenance of assigned tools and calibration check. Uses the appropriate tools for the right job/repair.
Practices safety mindset at workshop.
Ensuring security of workshop's tools and equipment; relying to master technician all updates and weekly counts.
