Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
- Experience in After Sales Service Department is an advantage
- With advance experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail oriented
- Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
- Ability to work under strict deadlines, can work under pressure
Job Description:
- Prepares reports for the Manufacturers/company as follows but not limited to: Service Manpower Update, Non-F1 Report, Open repair orders, DCS
- Prepares daily/weekly KPI reports and submits to the Service Manager not later than 10:00 AM of the following day.
- Prepares requests for uniforms, safety shoes, and coordinates with the Purchasing Section
- Maintains record and monitors technician training time and manpower turnover.
- Assist Body and Paint(BP) personnel in preparing reports, typing quotations, and attending to BP customers when needed.
- Maintains an updated and organized service department file.
- Promotes 5S in the work are at all times.
