Job Description

  • Act as the first level of escalations and resolve all customer issues within the clients expectations and the Team through regular feedback
  • Responsible for Daily, Weekly, monthly reporting of individual performance.
  • Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
  • Interpret and communicates work procedures and company policies to staff / Technicians.
  • Make recommendations to Team Lead concerning individual staff and improvement of procedures.
  • Report directly to the Communications Care Team Lead.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • College graduate with a degree from any background
  • Fluent in speaking/writing English and TagalogΒ 
  • Accurate keyboard typing skills and combined with existing IT knowledge on MS Office, particularly Word & Excel
  • High Math Score

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of customer invoicing
  • Exposure to manufacturing and/or engineering environment
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Exposure to ticketing systems and financial transaction processes
