The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:
Create and distribute performance reports and supply service-related input to the performance management reports as required.
Lead in defining, managing, measuring and meeting customersβ expectations. Make sure it meets the agreed-upon service levels, measuring service performance and recommending actions necessary to respond to problems or improve service.
Maintain ownership, management, and communication of the Service Catalog and prevailing Service Level Agreements.
Handle requests for services that are beyond the standard contract provisions.
Approve changes to service or service components based on minimizing risk and optimizing service availability.
