The Design and Strategy Team promotes and integrates the CommunityTM approach on integrated human resource management into business services of Birches Group and builds competence/literacy in the CommunityTM approach across all teams. The D&S team provides specialized technical resources in the provision of CommunityTM projects across client groups.
The Skills and Performance Specialist analyzes project components, using knowledge of evaluation frameworks to support clients in planning and implementation of assessment rounds. The timely and consistent provision of services which address clients' challenges is essential in ensuring relevance of skills and performance assessments as client organizations select, enhance, recognize, and reward their workforce.
Job Description
- Identify key issues in the design and execution of Skills and Performance projects which lead to the successful implementation and completion of assessment rounds.
- Analyze project requirements and propose integrated solutions using the CommunityTM approach to addressing HR challenges across a range of organizational settings.
- Highlight outcomes of assessments that may impact the integrity of processes, reveal systemic problems and point towards viable solutions to HR problems of client organizations.
- Advise the Skills and Performance unit on optimal organization/delivery of Skills and Performance projects, identifying issues which affect capacity to meet clients' requirements.
- Advise clients on the conceptual soundness and practical utility of CommunityTM Skills and Performance services including briefing/training to strengthen engagement and comprehension.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other units to resolve service and system issues and the development of new features or enhancements.
- Review and advise on processes for delivery of skills and performance projects/services identifying possible improvements in the organization of information and the refinement of the analytical approach;
- Optimize approaches to ensure timely completion of consulting projects and client organizations’ assessment rounds.
- Review and advise on the design and delivery of projects identifying further refinements to expand and deepen the Community methodology and products/services.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge
- University Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or Business Management related field. Substantive knowledge and prior experience in delivery of skills and performance assessment projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to analyze and derive insights from HR data and propose effective solutions.
- Fluency in English essential to communicate in writing and speaking.
