Description















Core Responsibilities


  1. Manage the execution of renewing all our nonprofit donation accounts globally under $2 million

  2. Manage, assist and guide your team of Social Impact renewals individual contributors to influence the success of our nonprofit partners

  3. Monitor the expansion of use of key accounts in our global pool of nonprofit donation customers

  4. Collaborate with key NetSuite leaders to support the acquisition and success of charities and social enterprisesΒ 

  5. Innovate protocols, create best practices documentation and oversee the on-time processing of renewal paperworkΒ 

  6. Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews for the team and recruit as per business need

  7. Acquire and master a working knowledge of our product and of NetSuite’s internal operational processes

Required Experience


  1. Bachelor Degree

  2. Demonstrate experience managing people

  3. Strong communicator, both verbally and written

  4. Must be willing to adjust working hours to support all regions: JAPAC, EMEA, LAD and North America accounts.

  5. Nonprofit and/or foundation experience preferred

  6. Experience working with global team a plus

Responsibilities

Leads a team of Renewal Reps and manages to operational performance goals. Will be responsible for achieving monthly targets in terms of renewal rates and other productivity metrics in maximizing revenue, minimizing cancellations and backlog. Works closely with Partners to ensure they are driving Oracle's renewals. Build team and establish targets and territories, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals. Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives. Conducts regular training and mentors Renewal Reps. Interviews and makes hiring decisions for qualified candidates. Conducts performance reviews, provides career development coaching and takes necessary corrective action H10 poor performers. Provides regular performance metrics to senior management.
