We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist who specializes in campaign management and social media posting. The ideal candidate will be experienced with HubSpot for email marketing and Go High Level (GHL) CRM for managing masterclasses and client communications. This role requires someone proactive, well-organized, and capable of executing daily social media posts, email campaigns, and landing page creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule daily social media campaigns (1 campaign/day, 5 campaigns/week) to engage and grow our audience.
- Post social media content four times per week, including quotes, carousel graphics, and one reel per day using Metricool.
- Develop captions and content for future social media posts, aligned with campaign objectives and brand voice.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence across all platforms, ensuring each post resonates with target audiences.
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Utilize HubSpot to create, manage, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Design and maintain a monthly email campaign calendar, ensuring emails are ready a week in advance for review and approval.
- Prepare one email per day, aligning each with campaign goals and upcoming events or promotions.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights to improve future email strategies.
Go High-Level CRM Management
- Update and maintain Go High Level CRM daily, focusing on data accuracy and up-to-date information on client interactions.
- Set up and manage email campaigns within Go High Level to support masterclass promotions and lead nurturing.
- Track and organize information on masterclass sign-ups, ensuring follow-up emails and communication flows are properly executed.
- Create landing pages through Go High Level to promote masterclasses, events, and other offerings, ensuring high conversion rates and smooth user experience.
Content Planning & Creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and captions that resonate with the target audience.
- Support in the design and planning of social media and email content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Assist in building a comprehensive content calendar that includes email and social media posts for the upcoming month.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Regularly track and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns, using analytics to optimize content and posting strategies.
- Monitor key metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
