What You'll Do
- Assist with tech evaluations: Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline the quality assurance for software development candidates. Design and oversee technical assessments to ensure a high caliber of talent acquisition.
- Identifies staffing requirements and is involved in the hiring process, ensuring suitably skilled individuals are hired.
- Ensure that project teams are staffed with the desired and complementary skill sets needed to meet client expectations
and deliverables
- QA software development project onboarding: Oversee and QA client projects (if applicable) from initiation to onboarding, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Project management: Leads and oversees multiple projects and helps in prioritizing workload on the team based on urgency, importance, client expectations, and business needs, delegating decision-making to team members as appropriate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communications; communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Motivate and retain a high performing and engaged project team
- Take charge of customer escalations and complaints related to projects and IT transition, demonstrating an adept ability to find effective and sustainable solutions to complex issues.
- Coordinate and review invoicing with the Finance and Accounting team.
What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development Quality Assurance.
- Ability to manage (agile) projects
- Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills and pleasant demeanor, including being influential and persuasive with stakeholders.
- Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks and create and execute effective and immediate action plans for process issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
