Reports to a US-based Director with a dotted line with a VP based locally.

Senior Manager Level, Individual Contributor

Leads end-to-end process improvement initiatives internally company-wide.

Steps covered:

1. Data Analysis

2. Solution Design

3. KPI Design

4. Stakeholder Management

5. Project Execution

6. Project Commencement/Hand Over

Minimum Qualifications: 

1. Expertise in PowerBI, SQL and Excel
2. Background in Process Mapping
3. Background in Process Engineering
4. Six Sigma Trained (Certification Not Required)
5. Okay with being an individual contributor
6. At least 5 years of experience in business transformation/process
7. improvement or excellence/continuous improvement
8. Bachelor's Degree of any discipline
   

Work Conditions:

• Full onsite work for the first 3 months, then hybrid after with 2-3 days/week onsite work in Pasig 
• Travel opportunities within the Philippines depending on  the projects being worked on
• Night shift (9:00 pm to 6:00 am/10:00 pm to 7:00 am, Mon-Fri)
• Observes the US Holidays
