A Glimpse into Your New Role 

The Sr. Sourcing Specialist at Acquire BPO plays a crucial role in the recruitment team, focusing on delivering excellent customer service through precise candidate profiling. This position involves collaborating closely with the Operations team to ensure a 100% fulfillment of hiring requirements across all campaigns. Responsibilities include understanding campaign profiles, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The specialist is expected to leverage reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and improve recruitment processes. A strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement is essential for success in this role.

  • Manage and understand new and existing campaign profiles to ensure alignment with contractual hiring requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of needs and expectations.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics to monitor recruitment progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee compliance with recruitment processes and policies while fostering a collaborative environment within the recruitment team.

What You’ll Bring 

  • Proven experience in managing a recruiting sourcing team within a BPO or related industry.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategic processes for profiling, sourcing, and recruiting.
  • Proficiency in formulating, reviewing, and improving recruitment processes, policies, and tools to meet staffing goals and maintain quality.
  • Strong capability to manage and motivate a team to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requisitions and provide effective solutions for candidate profiling.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and competency-based recruitment methods.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
