Job Description

The Staff Health Assistant assists the Staff Health Officers in carrying out administrative work. S/he prepares and updates documents for delivering Staff Health services with close supervision of the Staff Health Officer, in line with the ICRC’s and delegation’s policies and the applicable laws and regulations.

  • Provides general secretarial and administrative support to the Staff Health Officer.
  • Organizes a file of hospital bills of mobile staff and their dependents, ensuring the original receipt of the paid account is forwarded to the mobile staff.
  • Provides administrative follow-up for digital filing activities.
  • Encode the medical cover sheet and keep a file for easy reference.

Qualifications

  • University degree in nursing
  • 2 years’ clinical and administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS office applications; advance MS excel skills is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Filipino

Contract duration: Fixed-Term (6 months)
