What are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or any related course
- At least 5 years of experience in System Engineering, preferably with experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Certification/s related to Microsoft is a plus
- Desired skills & experience required for this role:
- Office 365 Administration
- Vmware Administration
- Windows Servers
- Network fundamentals/firewall experience (Fortigate preferred)
- N-able Solarwinds 3 years experience is a MUST
What will you do?
- Responsible for administration and troubleshooting of O365, VMware and Window servers.
- Provide first & second level technical infrastructure support as escalated from L1 or direct from the customer.
- Manage and resolve client incidents and requests to meet required SLA’s working from a queue and assigned tickets.
- Amend and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for organization’s customer environments.
- Provide an escalation point for the level one support.
- Help build out, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.
- Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem and Change Management processes as per organization’s customer standards (ITIL Framework).
- To provide after hours on-call assistance and/or escalation.
