Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Resource will manage leadership and support / non-agent hiring across all sites
• Team Management: 2 FT recruiters
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Must have experience in corporate/non-agent hiring across all band levels (executive roles is a plus)
• Preferably with IT recruitment experience
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
• Work Set Up: Onsite
• Location: can be based either in Makati or FV (must be willing to travel)
• Shift: Predominantly mid shift; must be open to late mid shift (4pm -5pm start of shift)
• Direct Supervisor: TA Director
