- Must have more than 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience from any BPO companies and is experienced in managing sourcing/branding and recruitment operations
- Preferably someone from the area or region who know the market
- Must have more than 5 years leadership/manager experience and at least 2 years Sr Manager experience
- Must be willing to work onsite full time (Location: Clark, Pampanga)
