Purpose
Conducts interviews of applicants and designates operations people to conduct preliminary interview of applicants as part of the screening procedure to ensure getting the right people for the right jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct pre-screen conversations with candidates to evaluate quality and readiness to be considered as a candidate for hire and coordinating with the Hiring Manager for interview

Post open positions in all existing Job portals and search engines

Participate in any Sourcing initiative internal / external to increase pipeline and generate leads of prospects and applicants

Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the Recruitment process (Hiring Database, ERP Database, Personality Assessment, Source Track)

Promote the Company image to candidates and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates, and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior

Accountable for interviewing and endorsing quality candidates for different positions

Ensure that candidates are treated professionally during the recruitment process

Ensure compliance in executing processes within the company especially with uploading personality assessment of each applicants

Must diligently deliver and meet all KPIs: Hiring Fill Rate, Cost Per Hire, Start Rate, Conversion Rate and Recruitment Yield

Ensure completion of program specific assessments amongst qualified candidates endorsed

Responsible for doing callouts to potential hires to check compliance with pre-employment requirements and medical

Responsible for assisting with the administration of sourcing programs and tracking effectiveness of initiatives

Responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role

Responsible for providing administrative support and helping facilitate the recruitment process

Willingness to learn other HR Duties like Payroll and such

Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head
Qualifications
Minimum Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree or Relevant experience
Minimum Experience/Training
-
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably with interviewing experience)
