Job Summary: 


As a TA Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talents to drive our company’s growth. You will champion our onboarding program ensuring that new team members feel welcomed, supported, and prepared for success.  


 


Role objectives: 
 



  • To provide perfect candidates that fits each job requirements both for internal and client's needs 

  • To ensure there is enough pool of qualified candidates at any given time by exhausting all available sources 

  • To deliver a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers from selection process up to on-boarding 

  • To meet the required turnaround time (TAT) as per internal process and client service level agreements (SLA) 


 
General Responsibilities: 
 



  • Source, screen applicants according to job requirements 

  • Build connections with prospective candidates 

  • Conduct pre-screening interview to ensure the candidates perfectly match the requirements of each job opening 

  • Leverage various channels including job boards, social media platforms, industry events, job fairs, and referrals  

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, and provide support in facilitating interviews, feedback sessions, and final candidate selection 



  • Gather and audit pre-employment requirements including HR related forms for completion 

  • Facilitate character reference checking 

  • Scheduling candidates for orientation and first day on-boarding 

  • Assist in preparing and serving on-boarding documents such as employment agreements, time and attendance agreements, employee handbook, etc. 


 


Job Qualifications: 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields 

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with demonstrated ability to find and attract top-tier talent 

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of candidates 

  • A knack for creative problem solving and innovative thinking that sets you apart from competition 

  • Good understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques with a desire to apply these insights to excel in your role 

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities at any given time 

  • Resilient, flexible, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment 

  • Pleasant disposition, proactive, and a strong team player 

  • Proficient with HR software systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) 

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a BPO setting or head-hunting firms is ideal 


 


This role is on a hybrid set-up.
