Job Overview:


The Talent Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including HR, to promote our employer brand and create a compelling candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a marketing expert with a strong understanding of talent acquisition and employer branding.




Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent marketing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Create and manage employer branding campaigns across various platforms.




Content Creation:



  • Develop engaging content (blogs, social media posts, videos, etc.) that highlights the company culture, values, and employee experiences.




Social Media Management:



  • Oversee the company’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Create and curate content that resonates with potential candidates and promotes the company’s employer brand.




Collaboration:



  • Work closely with the HR and recruiting team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories and insights that can be used in marketing materials.




Analytics and Reporting:



  • Monitor and analyze the performance of talent marketing initiatives.

  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.




Employer Brand Management:



  • Ensure the consistency and alignment of the employer brand across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding and talent marketing.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on employer branding or talent acquisition.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content.

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends in employer branding and talent marketing.
