We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Manager with preferable expertise in Microsoft Power Apps environment AI Agents and AI Automation to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing multiple projects in alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership with a strong emphasis on an AI and automation environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and maintain project scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budget requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and executing projects efficiently.
2. Develop and deliver strategic plans for the implementation of technology solutions within the information technology infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on AI and Automation and new developments in coding.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third-party partners to ensure the smooth and efficient planning and execution of projects, with a specific focus on Microsoft Power Apps. Monitor project activities on a daily basis.
4. Enforce and update Agile values and principles while maintaining technology-relevant organization standards.
5. Proactively identify and address blockers to team productivity, fostering an environment of effective efficiency.
6. Communicate project updates to project participants and stakeholders throughout the project duration to identify risks and ensure critical components are not overlooked.
7. Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting project plans and budgets, especially projects involving Microsoft Power Apps.

Skills and qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in a leadership position, with a strong emphasis on project management and execution, particularly in the context of AI Agents and automation
2. In-depth knowledge of Agile Development Methodology.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to set and manage budgets, ensuring on-time and on-scope project delivery. Considerable SaaS experience preferable.
4. Ability to recommend information technology strategies, solutions, and resources.
5. Expertise in using JIRA reports as a data source for project management and Documentation tools like Confluence. Exposure to
6. Familiarity with setting project parameters for technology initiatives, with focus on AI and Microsoft Power Apps.
7. Certification in Microsoft Power Apps or other Automation is required.
8. Familiar with setting project parameters for technology initiatives.
9. Experience creating, adapting and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
10. Knowledge of finance (corporate or commercial) is a plus.
11. Knowledge in aligning company use cases with Chatgpt to increase productivity and impact on KPIs.
12. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology and finance industry, with a focus on Microsoft Power Apps.
