Lead and manage the technical services department, supervising engineers, inspectors, and support staff across all nationwide projects.Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring the alignment of technical objectives with overall project goals.

Quality Control and AssuranceΒ
Develop and implement stringent quality control processes for all stages of construction, from foundation to final finishes.
Ensure that materials, workmanship, and overall project execution meet luxury property standards.
Conduct periodic site inspections to verify compliance with quality specifications and safety regulations.
Turnover & Handover Process
Manage the smooth transition of completed properties from the construction phase to the client.
Ensure all units are finished to the highest quality standards before handover.
Prepare turnover documentation, including warranties, operation manuals, and certifications, ensuring everything is in place for client use.
Inspection & Compliance
Lead the inspection process for all development sites, ensuring compliance with national and local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Review and approve inspection reports, addressing any discrepancies or areas of non-compliance.
Coordinate with third-party auditors and government inspectors to ensure all legal and safety requirements are met.
Warrant Management
Oversee post-completion warranty processes, addressing and resolving any construction or material issues that arise after turnover.
Ensure timely response to client complaints, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
Project Coordination & Execution
Ensure that all technical services align with project timelines, quality expectations, and client requirements.
Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across all nationwide projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during project execution.
Regulatory & Environment Compliance
Ensure that all projects adhere to legal regulations, including zoning laws, building codes, and environmental standards.
Manage the acquisition of necessary permits and certifications to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget & Resource Management
Contribute to the budgeting process by estimating the costs related to technical services and ensuring cost-effective project execution.
Monitor the use of resources, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to various projects.
Vendor and Contractor Management
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and work quality meet specified standards.
Resolve any issues with contractors regarding performance, quality, or project timelines.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary technical liaison between the firm and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, including project managers, architects, and designers, to keep all parties updated on project progress and technical concerns.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks related to construction quality, safety, or compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all projects have adequate safety protocols and contingency plans in place.
