The Technical Staff shall be managing the physical security access controls for the site in Bohol
Technical Staff (Bohol)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- At least a vocational course related to computer programming and repairs
- With extensive experience in inventory and custodianship works
COMPETENCY
With Basic Competency Level in:
- Basic knowledge in software applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in basic AutoCAD and photo-editing works
- CCTV and Security Access softwares
BUILDING SECURITY AND SAFETY
- Operates and maintains the security access system.
- Records and issues Proximity and Company IDβs to employees, visitors, clients, and outsourced personnel.
- Effectively keeps track of all proximity cards issued / returned by keeping an updated file as these are all classified as sensitive information.
- Operates and maintains the CCTV system.
- Reviews the CCTV to monitor any abnormalities within the building premises.
- Review the visitorβs log against the security access issued.
- Ensures that access to selected restricted areas is strictly monitored for any non-compliance.
- Closely monitor the CCTV and Security Access System as often as possible to avoid security breach.
- Immediately respond to request for activation and deactivation of proximity cards.
BUILDING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE
- Keeps and maintains updated record of all tools, keys, and equipment of CREST.
- Ensures all CREST tools, keys, and equipment are properly stored.
- Conducts random physical inventory of all CREST tools, keys, and equipment.
- Audits Office Supplies through monthly physical inventory of CREST Stockroom.
- Monthly reconciliation with HR of headcount of each account.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
- Assist the Facilities Administrator/ Supervisor in space planning and creating of floor plans. Reformat existing plans if critical to building requirements.
- Assist the Facilities Administrator in the supervision of construction critical to work delivery.
- Meet with the Contractors in the absence of Facilities Administrator to convey pertinent building requirements or issues necessary for the continuity of the business and relation.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
- Monthly submission of seats report after verification with each account.
