Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding the clients’ products and services. In this position, you will collaborate with the internal and external teams in handling the needs of the customer to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner. You will also troubleshoot our client’s website using Javascript and will address customer’s technical concerns using HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any field you’re passionate about!

  • At least 1 year of working experience in Technical Support is required

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Experience troubleshooting JS installation and performance on sites
