Drives key initiatives to ensure team targets and KPIs are met
β€’ Provides direction and ideas (in collaboration with the team) on strategies to
help drive acqui -- whether national, region, or channel specific
β€’ Liases with other support team leads to drive achievement of business
objectives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: βˆ™

  • Drives revenue for Broadband Business for both Prepaid and Postpaid categories in assigned regional areas through acquisition and usage programs
  • Determines and reviews brand strategy in regional channels (long term and short term) to ensure business profitability
  • Identifies high opportunity segments and prepares CAPEX investment cases for profitable areas
  • Regularly performs deep dive analysis on sales performance and provides recommendations to grow the business
  • Creates opportunities on the integration of both Prepaid and Postpaid Broadband Business in assigned region and channels
  • Provide ideas to adjust product and service offerings to enhance customer experience through regional insighting
  • Efficiently manage Regional Marketing Advertising & Promotion Budget through activation programs to continuously create brand awareness and drive product acquisition
  • Drives end to end insighting, product readiness, GTM and post review of programs executed in the regions
  • Liaises with Trade Marketing and Sales Operations partners to ensure smooth implementation of business strategy
  • Execute below the line programs together with on-ground counterparts from Sales and Trade Marketing
  • Work closely with different functions (product, portfolio, usage, local agencies) to orchestrate an established customer journey for BTL activities
  • Develop the right brand communication strategy in the region together with sales partners in fieldworks in order to optimize and deliver the maximum business impact βˆ™
  • Occasionally leads national projects/launches that will benefit the entire organization, and not just the assigned area of accountability
