Job Description

The Territory Delivery Lead acts as the overall Access Delivery Project Manager for the assigned Territory or National, overseeing the end-to-end build process. This role ensures the successful delivery of network infrastructure projects by managing all phases from site acquisition (SAQ) up to project closure, aligning with the National / Territory NTG Lead and Tribe priorities. Build projects are primarily focused on Wireless, Broadband and other support facilities.

The Territory Delivery Lead has the authority to make key decisions regarding project execution, resource allocation, and vendor management within their assigned Territory in order to fulfill the target KPIs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build Delivery: Oversee and manage the end-to-end build process including SAQ, permitting, infrastructure, transport, telecom, and IBS, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

  • Territory Alignment: Consistently align with the Territory Tribe and prioritize projects that significantly impact Territory KPIs.

  • Innovation and Strategy: Strategize and implement innovative practices to meet territory targets and improve organizational efficiency.

  • Build Plan Forecasting and Reporting: Lead the forecasting and reporting of build plan in quarterly sprints and annually.

  • Impediment Resolution: Address and resolve impediments and roadblocks to ensure the success of projects.

  • Agile Project Management: Adhere to Agile Project Management principles and practices.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the delivery team, Territory Tribe, and other stakeholders.

  • β€’Vendor Management: Regularly engage with vendors, including CSPs and TowerCos, actively clearing dependencies to ensure delivery expectations are met.

KPIs:

  • Full Support on Consumer Mobile KPIs both National and Territory (i.e. Congestion, Coverage, OOKLA Consistency, Network Availability)
  • Support on Mobile NPS (National and Territory)

  • Support on Revenue Target (National and Territory)

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

  • End-to-End New Site Build (Demand to Handover-to-Operations)

  • End-to-End Site Relocation Works

  • Closure of Backlogs (2023 and below)

    • Interim Power to Permanent Power

    • Pending Tech TRFS

    • Site Optimization (SSV)

    • Acceptance to Handover-to-Operations

    • Closure of PO/Budget

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years experience on handling Project Management role

  • Agile practitioner is a plus

Level of Knowledge

  • Preferred technical knowledge on either of the following: wireless telecom access, OSP, transport, broadband and telecom support facilities

  • Project Management training/certification is an advantage
