DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and Develop training programs for Sales and Non-Sales following L&D frameworks and best practices- Technical skills, Soft skills Facilitates training programs with different stakeholders - Sales and Non-Sales
Evaluates and assesses training effectiveness to ensure that the right competency levels are achieved for each roles
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and vendor partners for training program development and execution
Periodically updates training materials to ensure they reflect and address the businessβ current product portfolio, processes and needs
Develops or oversees the production of training handouts, instructional materials, infographics and user guides for learning references
Assists in the execution of the People Development plan for Internal Clients
Assists the L&D Manager/ Senior L&D Manager in developing training materials and modules aligned with prescribed training objectives and methodologies and delivers them in the most engaging, effective and cost-efficient manner
Assists in executing initiatives that support the culture-building and people engagement agenda of B2B/ Globe
Identifies and assesses future and current training needs through learning needs analysis, competency gap analysis (relative to competencies and skills), interpretation of training certification results and consultation with line managers.
Capable of simultaneous project management
Applies coaching methods as a training facilitator and/ or as a peer
Develops and conducts L&D program kick offs, presentation of training evaluation reports to Internal and External Stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years combined experience in research & analysis, presentation, project delivery and management (or equivalent) from IT/ Telco/ Banking/ FMCG industry
With background in HR, OD, Learning and Development
Working knowledge in Learning Design, Delivery and Management
Working Knowledge in Leadership Development
Working Knowledge in Organizational Development
Working Knowledge in Change Management
Working Knowledge in Project Management
Beginner to Intermediate knowledge in Strategic thinking, insight mining and data analytics
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Telco and ICT applications, technology or equivalent
Intermediate to Advanced B2C and B2B customer orientation and commercial acumen
Bachelorβs degree in HR, OD, Business Management, ECE, IT, Marketing or any related field
No license requirement
Certification/License: L&D foundations, Technical certifications (optional)
Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, Business Communication and Storytelling skills
Hard: Basic Digital/ IT / Software applications, Basic data analytics, Learning operations and/or Project Management
