A Little About Us 

Höegh Autoliners is a global player in Ro/Ro deep sea transportation services and operates the greenest fleet in this segment. The company owns and operates approx. 40 Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) in global trade systems, making around 3 000 port calls yearly. Managed from a worldwide network of around 16 offices, our main customers are major manufacturers of new cars, heavy machinery and other rolling stock.  

Purpose         

This Job description shall apply to the personnel assigned to ensure that for payments are accurate and complete, disbursement requirements are appropriately satisfied and facilitated in a timely manner and documentation on remittances and other accounting transactions are properly satisfied.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Payable Payments


• Operate company’s bank accounts.


• Control of accounts payable


• Bank account reconciliations


• Doing short term forecast and Cash Flow


• Currency exchange


• Close cooperation with other departments in Oslo, as well as representatives in the various offices abroad.


• Shall support and comply with company policies and procedure for Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Management System as required by ISO 9001,14001 & 45001.

Key Qualifications:

Candidate should:

• Relevant degree (minimum Bachelor) in  Accounting or Finance.


• 2-4 years relevant experience within Finance and Accounting.


• Analytical skills, excel skills and relevant system competence.


• Good communications skills


• Experience from Treasury function (or similar) in a bank
