Responsibilities:
- Ensure that new hires for all Philippine sites will accomplish the SOW mandated requirements
- Ensure that compliance of the Recruitment Team in terms of the processes documented is being practiced religiously
- Ensure that the Background Check and Medical result database are updated at all times
- Provides timely and accurate feedback to the Recruitment unit on the compliance status of the hires in relation to the pre-employment requirements
- Manages BGC Team and 201 Employee File clean-up Team. Provides employee evaluation and score card for all handled team members.
- Manages the New Hire Compliance Tracker, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepares weekly governance meeting for BGC-Compliance Team in Recruitment.
- Tracks applicable job requisitions, ensuring a job requisition exists for all available open positions.
